Shipping Policy

At Luna Crafting LLC, we take pride in offering carefully crafted and detailed products that are made-to-order. Due to the nature of made-to-order products, please allow a processing time of 5-7 business days before your item is shipped.

International Shipping:

At this time, we only offer domestic shipping in the United States. We are not currently accepting international orders.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

Due to the personalized nature of our made-to-order products, changes or cancellations to your order may not be possible once it has entered the production process. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at lunacraftingcompany@gmail.com.

Return Policy

At Luna Crafting LLC, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at lunacraftingcompany@gmail.com. Include your order number and reason for return. If the item is approved for return, our team will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. We will process your refund within 7 days and credit the original payment method used for the purchase.

*Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 

Refund Policy

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at lunacraftingcompany@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item. We may request additional information to further assess the product.

We will notify you via email once we have approved or denied the refund request. If the item is approved for refund, we will process your refund within 7 days and credit the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable. These include personalized or custom-made products. Please review the custom order before purchase. Once the order is placed, this is exactly how the product will be designed.
